1. Introduction
1.1 These terms and conditions govern your participation in David King's Online Retreat on August 17th. By registering for this event, you agree to comply with these terms.
2. Registration and Payment
2.1 Registration is required to attend the retreat.
2.2 Full payment must be made at the time of registration to secure your spot.
2.3 Spots are limited and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
3. Event Access
3.1 Access to the online retreat will be provided via a unique link sent to your registered email address.
3.2 You are responsible for ensuring you have a stable internet connection and appropriate technology to participate in the retreat.
4. Conduct
4.1 Participants are expected to engage respectfully and constructively.
4.2 Disruptive behavior may result in removal from the retreat without a refund.
5. Intellectual Property
5.1 All materials provided during the retreat, including recordings, are the intellectual property of David King.
5.2 Participants may not reproduce, distribute, or share retreat materials without explicit permission.
6. Privacy
6.1 Your personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
6.2 By registering, you consent to the use of your information for the purpose of administering the retreat.
7. Limitation of Liability
7.1 David King and the event organizers are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your participation in the retreat.
8. Changes to Terms
8.1 We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to participants.
Cancellation Policy
1. Participant Cancellations
1.1 Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to cmorrison@mysticalbeing.org
1.2 Cancellations made more than 7 days prior to the event will receive a full refund, minus a processing fee of $5.
1.3 No refunds will be given for cancellations made less than 7 days prior to the event.
2. Event Cancellations
2.1 In the unlikely event that the retreat is canceled by the organizers, participants will receive a full refund.
2.2 The organizers are not responsible for any additional costs incurred by participants (e.g., equipment, internet access).
Refund Policy
1. Eligibility for Refunds
1.1 Refunds are processed in accordance with our cancellation policy.
1.2 No refunds will be given for no-shows or partial attendance.
2. Refund Process
2.1 To request a refund, contact us via email at cmorrison@mysticalbeing.org
2.2 Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of the cancellation confirmation.
3. Non-Refundable Fees
3.1 The processing fee of $5 for cancellations made more than 7 days prior to the event is non-refundable.
4. Discretionary Refunds
4.1 In exceptional circumstances, partial refunds may be issued at the discretion of the organizers.
